I'm officially a stripper. I have the card to prove it. My stripper name is "Sugar Sizzle," but you can call me Sugar for short.I was a bit apprehensive before heading to the Stripper 101 studio at Planet Hollywood. What do I wear? Am I flexible enough? How much of a fool am I going to make of myself? Are my breasts too, shall I say, petite? All of that, it turns out, is moot. Wear something comfortable, but makes you feel sexy. Bring along high heels, unless you don't mind standing on your tip-toes. And leave your hang-ups at home. Everyone there had a different body shape, and were in different stages of their lives. One woman brought her grandmother! Most of the women were attending in groups -- some celebrating a birthday, others an upcoming wedding. Before heading into the stripper dance studio, we would-be strippers met in the adjoining bar, tilting back a shot (or two). Because this isn't a true class (none of us were planning on dancing for tips later that night), loosening up and having fun is encouraged.During the class, stripper apprentices were guided through an entire lap dance routine, step-by-step, by a working stripper. If you've ever been to a strip club (yep), the tips were true to what you'd experience there. When dancing for your man, don't allow him to touch you. You are in control. Sway your hips and swing your hair. Flaunt your best (ass)ets. And if your man is of the generous sort, encourage him to stick a bill or two in your bra (assuming you're still wearing it). From the lap dance, we turned to the stripper pole. On the day I attended, every woman had their pick of pole. Depending on the mirror angle I was going for, I hopped from pole to pole, proud of my newfound skill of wrapping my legs around the pole and spinning in circles. Our instructor was patient and showed us just how to gain momentum on the pole. We also became quick studies on how to strut around the pole when we needed to catch our breath and still look sexy.By the end of the experience, I was convinced I needed my very own stripper pole. Bruising aside (surely the mark of an amateur), the class teaches you enough to spice up your love life with a very lucky man.-- By Nicole Lucht

Customer service terrible

I bought my tickets on Vegas.com and had to pick them up at the box office as instructed.
I went day of at 10 am and I had to wait in line as there was only one other person in front getting tickets for shows. I waited almost 20 mins!!! Finally it was my turn, I gave the agent my ID & my confirmation print out & proceeded to wait another 10 mins for her to give me my tickets!! She said not a single word to me !!!!! She didn't bother to explain or say a single thing. After 10 mins of me giving her the stare down, she gave me my tickets & said nothing. I left & threw the ticket away. I will not go to a show if this is the treatment I get at the beginning.

The names Kevin, Chris, Juan and Billy may not sound like anything special, but these are not your average guys. Like the other members of Chippendales, these heartthrobs are tan with sculpted bodies and perfect smiles. While standing on stage wearing the signature Chippendales' costume - a bow tie, wrist cuffs and jeans, the men fulfill just about every female fantasy, but they do a lot more than just look pretty. These men can dance and they demonstrate their aptitude in pelvic thrusting and hip shaking to the screams of women in the audience cheering for more. There are 10 men that make up the Chippendales cast. Each of them is good looking and varied enough in appearance to suit all tastes. "Tall, blonde, dark and lean rough and tough and strong and mean," this show has it all. The uninterrupted flow of gorgeous performers entering and leaving the stage becomes a live version of the Weather Girls' hit "It's Raining Men." With each new scene the men portray a different female fantasy. First, it's construction workers, then cowboys and later doctors looking for a patient from the audience. Women leap out of their seats in hopes of being selected to join the hunks on stage.Next, the men do a re-enactment of "The Dating Game" where three women in the audience are selected to go on stage and compete for their shot at getting some up-close and personal attention with three of the performers.Ladies don't worry if you're not selected, you still have a few more opportunities to get your hands on these cocoa-butter-basted babes. Throughout the show they walk into the audience to dance and flirt with women in the crowd. While the men may not be available, you're still in luck if you're looking for a keepsake to take home. The performers' white tank tops are one of the first things that are torn off every time they strip, and the shirts usually get thrown into the crowd. These former Chippendale-chest-hugging tanks are a hot commodity. Women in the audience don't hesitate to jump and dive to get their hands on them. When it comes to having fun for a girls' night out, bachelorette party or other special occasion, Chippendales the Show is the epitome of every female fantasy. Afterwards, you can continue your night of male indulgence in Flirt Lounge located next to the showroom. The performers invite everyone to join them there for some fun after the show.

Trashy, corny
PostedMarch 1, 2014
The theatre is trashy & poor looking. Very small. Floor has paint chipping off, tables are bare & sticky. Not one nice candle in sight. I felt like I was in a seedy club in the worst part of town. View of stage is great no matter where you sit. Music is so loud that it's distorted. Louder than a club. My ears literally were in pain.
Men dance like they're in a 90's boy band & that's not sexy. Every move, every time they talk, it's so corny & trashy. Not sexy or seductive whatsoever. Walked out after 15 mins. I don't need to see them mimic masturbation & what not. I'm not a prude but none of it at all was sexy. I'll never go ever again.

What is the seating like and do the prices vary by seat?

The prices are based on two sections: regular and a VIP section. The seats are highlighted based on the two sections & where you'd approximately sit.
I bought the VIP and went to pick up the tickets as soon as the box office opened day of the show (11am on a Wed). That is when seating is assigned & you get the best seats associated with your section, that is the key I almost got front row if I wanted it. Theatre is small so honestly no matter where you sit is fine because the seats are all close to the stage.
