"We're thrilled to start 2013 with this amazing announcement and want to thank The Mirage and everyone who has made this dream a reality for us. "Franz Kallao, vice president of hotel operations at The Mirage, said, "All of us at The Mirage are excited to welcome Boyz II Men to our resort, giving guests the opportunity to experience one of the best R&B groups in the music industry. Boyz II Men will be a wonderful complement to our renowned entertainment lineup."The group plans on singing many of their hits including "Motownphilly," "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday," "I'll Make Love to You" and "End of the Road." They also promise a few new surprises for audiences.Formed in 1988 at the Philadelphia High School of the Creative and Performing Arts, Boyz II Men, originally called Unique Attraction, comprised Nathan Morris, Marc Nelson (who soon parted ways), Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman and Michael McCary. The singers performed on street corners and subway platforms before working their way backstage at a Bell Biv DeVoe concert in 1989 and impressing Michael Bivins, who offered them a deal.After signing with Motown Records, Boyz II Men debuted with "Cooleyhighharmony" in 1991 and scored platinum sales thanks to the hits "Motownphilly" and "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday." The album earned the group its first Grammy — Best R&B Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group. In 1992, the Boyz II Men song "End of the Road," which was featured on the "Boomerang" soundtrack, stayed at No. 1 for 13 weeks and beat Elvis Presley's 11-week run with "Don't Be Cruel/Hound Dog."The harmonizing foursome continued its success with its next album, "II," which was released in 1994 and debuted at No. 1. The single "I'll Make Love to You" stayed at No. 1 for 14 weeks. The group spent the better part of 1995 touring but found time to break records again with a collaboration with Mariah Carey called "One Sweet Day," which spent 16 weeks at No. 1 on the pop charts.The next few albums didn't find as much success, but fans still supported their Boyz. "Evolution" was released in 1997 and featured the hits "4 Seasons of Loneliness" and "A Song for Mama," and "Nathan Michael Shawn Wanya" was released in 2000.Boyz II Men again hit the studio and released "Full Circle" in 2002. The following year, bass singer Michael McCary left the group in 2003 due to chronic back problems.The group released "Throwback" in 2004 and a Christmas album, "Winter/Reflections," in 2005. Boyz II Men's 2007 album, "The Remedy," not only included a CD of entirely new music, but an additional CD of the group's most popular hits re-recorded. In 2009 they released the album "Love."The group has sold more than 60 million records throughout their illustrious career. They continue to release new albums. Most recently their 2012 album "Twenty" hit No. 1 on Billboard's R&B Soul Album chart.

The Boys II Men performace was outstanding. The way they interacted with the audience made it an upclose and personal experience. We went to celebrate a birthday and they helped to make it very special. It was an experience that I nor the birthday girl will ever forget. I'd go again with no hesitation. Truly Awesome!
