Who's kidding who? If given the choice, everyone would go to le vrai (the real) Paris. No question about it. But if you can't make it to Paris, then Paris Las Vegas is the next best thing. This hotel located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip really does feel like the iconic city because so many elements of French architecture and attitude have been seamlessly integrated here. Opened in 1999, there are replicas of the Arc de Triomphe, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and La Fontaine des Mers at the Place de la Concorde. You can even ride a glass elevator -- after crossing Le Pont Alexandre III, a reproduction of one of the most beautiful bridges in Paris -- to the top of a half-scale duplicate of the Eiffel Tower, which boasts spectacular views of the Fountains of Bellagio the Strip and the outlying city.Three of the massive legs of the Eiffel Tower actually sit inside the resort. This creates the feeling of being outdoors in a park-like setting, which is enhanced by the blue sky-simulated ceiling, lampposts, lifelike leafy trees, breathtaking fountains and cobblestone walkways. Gaming occurs in the center of a picturesque casino floor under lattice-work soffits. All around the periphery are façades that bring to life villages from the different provinces of France. It's very enchanting -- and it feels worlds away from Las Vegas.Entertainment at Paris Las Vegas is also très enchanting. The resort draws together headliners, cultural programs and even Parisian-style performers. In Le Théâtre des Arts is the beloved Tony award-winning musical "Jersey Boys." Hypnotist Anthony Cools currently hosts an adults-only show during which audience members are invited onstage and then do unexpected things at his command (usually of an embarrassing and inappropriate nature).Like the city it's inspired by, the nightlife at Paris Las Vegas never stops. Chateau Nightclub includes a stunning interior complete with a vaulted ceiling, ornate chandeliers, sleek furnishings and rich fabrics as well as The Terrace overlooking the action on the Strip. World-class musicians regularly take the stage at Napoleon's, a dimly lit lounge that also serves more than 100 labels of champagne. Le Cabaret Lounge hosts traditional cabaret evenings along with bands singing your favorite standards and pop songs in English and sometimes French. In addition, guests of Paris Las Vegas can feed their inner Francophile by enjoying the resort's many gastronomic French connections. Mon Ami Gabi is a chic bar and brasserie featuring sophisticated bistro fare such as warm brie cheese, escargots, onion soup au gratin, crêpes and quiches – not to mention the extraordinary steak frites. This restaurant was the first to initiate outdoor patio dining on the Strip. The the quick-tempered star of "Hell's Kitchen" opened Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. Chef J. Joho presides over the elegant Eiffel Tower Restaurant, situated 11 stories above the Strip. This is definitely among the most romantic places in Las Vegas and the food -- especially the lamb and foie gras -- are sure to steal your heart. Steve Martorano serves up homestyle Italian cuisine at Martorano's at Paris. Le Burger Brasserie puts a French twist on an American food classic. The restaurant's signature dish is the $777 kobe beef and Maine lobster burger. And the Sugar Factory, a sweets lover's paradise, offers excellent people watching on Las Vegas Boulevard.Paris Las Vegas' casual dining options are just as remarkable in character. Le Village Buffet channels the finest of the country's fare with six stations all themed for different regions in France. Le Café Île St. Louis offers sidewalk-style seating along with an intimate dining room and a menu full of French classics. Sweet and savory crêpes are served in the charming La Crêperie, while the cozy French bakery JJ's Boulangerie prepares artisan breads, pastries, tarts and more. And Yong Kang Street is a dumpling and noodle house similar to what you might find in Taipei.Walk-up food windows are also interspersed between the eclectic collection of shops along Le Boulevard. There is a wine store, an accessories boutique and a children's shop with the beloved books about Madeline and Eloise, along with plenty of outlets carrying unique souvenirs.Paris Las Vegas guests can also indulge in exotic pampering treatments -- such as Balinese massages and body polishes -- at the Paris Spa by Mandara. It includes a state-of-the-art fitness center as well as a relaxation lounge, sauna and steam room. The two-acre rooftop pool is another stunning facility with an outdoor café (du Parc) and luxurious private cabanas.Paris Las Vegas is connected to Bally's through Le Boulevard. Complimentary shuttle service to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is also available. For anyone who has a longstanding love affair with all things French, Paris Las Vegas is à ne pas manquer -- not to be missed!-- By Renée LiButti

No, I do not recommend this product.
The location is good, but the price is not worth it.

We booked the hotel from vegas.com and stayed there two nights. First of all, the check in service is poor. They were in such a rush and even didn't bother to give you direction to your room. We have to drag our luggage and find directions by ourselves. The casino was poor decorated and way too crowded. The Cigarette smoke fills the Casino and lobby. When we reached the room, we find that it is not the room type we booked from here. Interestingly, the room telephone does not even have a number you can call front desk directly. We finally reached the front desk by calling the hotel phone number, and we were told that they don't have the room type we booked, they cannot guarantee the room type we booked from vegas.com. Why didn't they tell us when we checked in? I don't want comment too much on the room. One thing worth to mention is that we noticed black mold when we took shower in the bath tub. The early next morning, we were waken up by the room cleanning work in the room next to ours. Overall, it was unpleasant staying in this hotel and I will never book this hotel again. The only thing I think this hotel is good is its location. If you love to watching the music fountain show, it is very convenient. Other than that, I cannot remind anything worth my money paid here.

Experience the fun and excitement of Brazil at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Located just minutes west of the famed Las Vegas Strip, on Flamingo Road, it's a perfect location if you want to be close to all the action and major attractions in Las Vegas. Plus, the Rio itself comes packed with shops, theaters, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere with brightly colored carpeting, signage and décor that will make it seem as if you've arrived in the middle Carnival season. The Rio is known for hosting the main event in the prestigious World Series of Poker annually. Thus, gaming takes precedence on the sprawling casino floor, which has 1,200 slot machines and 80 different table games. The two top crowd-pleasers at the resort, however, are the buffets. The Carnival World Buffet has been winning awards and acclaim since the Rio opened in 1990. This massive spread features more than 300 dishes prepared fresh daily. And seafood lovers are sure to enjoy the catch at the Village Seafood Buffet. Imagine loading your plate with unlimited lobster, crab legs, shrimp, sushi and more! Both of these buffets are usually packed with patrons, but don't lose heart if you see a line. Service is quick as well as friendly, so you'll be surprised at how short the wait time really is.Fine meals can be had at the Rio as well. Tough, tattooed Philadelphia chef Steve Martorano is at the helm of Martorano's, where rich, Italian-American favorites are served in excess. Or indulge in a succulent steak and one of the most striking views of Las Vegas at VooDoo Steak and Rooftop Nightclub, situated on the 50th and 51st floors of the resort's Masquerade Tower. Other delights include the dry-aged Angus beef at the All-American Bar & Grille, the authentic Vietnamese cuisine at Pho Da Nang, the fresh oysters at Buzio's Seafood Restaurant and the one-of-a-kind dim sum menu at KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Chinese Restaurant. Hash House A Go Go has creatively prepared, oversized portions -- which include everything from breakfast and brunch to dinner items. You can grab a quick meal at the BK Whopper Bar or the Sports Deli, which situated near the six giant screens in the busy race and sports book.In addition, the entertainment alternatives are excellent. Penn & Teller, the quirky and frequently gruesome magic duo, have their own theater at the Rio, as do the hunky Chippendales dancers. The Crown Theater hosts an array of acts, including "MJ Live," a tribute to Michael Jackson starring impersonator Michael Firestone, comedian Eddie Griffin and The Rat Pack Is Back, which brings the sounds of the legendary performers back to life. The seductive topless revue "X Rocks" showcases sexy choreography set to heart-pounding rock songs. For a spirited evening, swing by the sexy Flirt Lounge in the lobby of the Chippendales Theatre or the high-tech I-Bar, where you can order drinks from a touch-screen computer built into your tabletop.A thrilling zip ride, the VooDoo Zip Line adds excitement to any visit. Guests can to soar for more than 800 feet from the VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub in the hotel's Masquerade Tower to the Ipanema Tower. The 70-second journey boasts stunning 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip.Accommodations at the Rio range from the spacious 600-square-foot standard suites to the opulent, one-bedroom Masquerade suites, boasting 1,600 square feet and a 180-degree view of the city. All of the suites include stylish furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a complimentary in-room safe. For sun and relaxation, spend an afternoon at the pool complex with golden sand areas and cascading waterfalls. Plenty of shops -- including The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, Fashion 101 and a Harley-Davidson store -- are located throughout the premises. Yes, you can request that. But they cannot guarantee it. We stayed in the non-smoking room. However, I can smell the smoke because of the air conditioning system.
