The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas might as well be a drug. This place is not only stimulating...it's addictive.Seriously, The Cosmopolitan is without a doubt the hippest hotel in Sin City, thanks to an overdose of technology and the outrageously stylish interior design. You want to see and be seen here.Located near the heart of the Las Vegas Strip between the CityCenter complex and Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan consists of two New York-style towers. The architecture provides a refreshing change from the city's many themed resorts. You know you're somewhere special the moment you check in. With eight columns wrapped in mirrors and video screens, the lobby is like a computer-generated dream world.Just steps away lies Vesper Bar, named for the obscure fictional drink created by secret agent James Bond and the character Vesper Lynd. With a ceiling covered in metal mesh to resemble a cloud, this is the first of many cool drinking establishments you'll encounter. And speaking of 007, there's another sleek and sexy bar at the front of the resort named Bond. However, the centerpiece of The Cosmopolitan is The Chandelier. Set within a flowing curtain of crystal beads (you have to see this to understand how awesome it is), the bar features three stories, and each one has a unique vibe. There's a classic cocktail nook on top, an ultra lounge in the middle and a high-energy social scene at the bottom. You could (and should) go to a different level of The Chandelier for three nights in a row to experience it properly. When it comes to all-out partying, The Cosmopolitan can fill any prescription. Marquee Nightclub hosts some of the best DJs on the EDM circuit. Want to be on a high? Just get out on its dance floor where you'll be enveloped by pulsating sounds and four-story LED screens. During the spring and summer months, Marquee Dayclub offers daytime poolside debauchery. The Cosmopolitan also has a "social club" called Rose. Rabbit. Lie. It's part restaurant, part bar, part club...okay, we know that sounds confusing, but it's really cool. So just trust us and go.More than just a hint of rock 'n' roll hedonism permeates The Cosmopolitan. The world's top musicians regularly take the stage indoors at The Chelsea or outdoors by the Boulevard Pool. Performances are even broadcast live to passersby (those poor suckers who couldn't get tickets) on the resort's 65-foot-tall LED marquee. The funky lounge Book & Stage regularly hosts DJs and musicians too.Addicts are always looking to feed their habit, and great food is better than any drug. Helmed by culinary stars, The Cosmopolitan's restaurants will lure you in and -- even after you've eaten beyond your fill -- have you begging for more.STK is a flirty take on a steakhouse by chef Stephen Hopcraft, and Scarpetta serves a simply delicious Italian menu by chef Scott Canant in a rustic kitchen atmosphere. Jaleo by internationally acclaimed chef José Andrés and the Mediterranean-themed Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis are two more divine dining temptations. Plus, chef David Myers' modern French brasserie Comme Ça is très bien!Want something simpler? Holsteins knows how to grill up great gourmet burgers, and the Wicked Spoon buffet puts out a spread that outshines most fine restaurants. There's even a secret pizza window where you can grab a New York-style slice and a Coke on the run.It might surprise you to learn that The Cosmopolitan offers an amazing shopping experience. From AllSaints Spitalfields and Stitched to the CRSVR Sneaker Boutique, there are stores in this high-rise hotel that you won't find anywhere else in Vegas. Also be sure to stop by P3 Studio. This glass-walled space features contemporary artists from around the world who create interactive artwork as part of a residency program. And last but not least, divine forms of pampering can be enjoyed at the mystical Sahra Spa & Hammam. Before you even ask, let us tell you that a hammam is a Turkish steam bath. And once you've been inside one, you'll be jonesing to go again.Actually, that's exactly our point about The Cosmopolitan. With so many trendy ways to drink and party, as well as to be entertained, indulge your palate and more, this is the place to be in Vegas...and once you go, it's habit-forming. You'll want to spend more time there. So don't fight it. Give in.

Went to Cosmopolitan at suggestion of a stranger in Denver, told us we had to "have a cosmo at the Cosmo". So, we went inside, found that it is definitely high end in everything you see - shops, decor, and quality. After a few moments, we came across the establishment we had been told to find - The Chandelier. As the name implies, it is a three story lounge (to call it a bar is to insult the place) that is simply put, a huge chandelier from top to bottom, dominated by crystals everywhere. If you like sparkly, this place is for you. Perhaps a bit pricey, as is to be expected, but as advertised, it was the best cosmopolitan we ever had.
After our drink, we went downstairs to the casino, where a dealer named Michael went above and beyond to teach us the ropes at craps, even though we were not ready actually bet yet.
Since we didn't stay in the hotel, I gave average ratings for the items i did not experience.

New York - New York, on the south end of the beautiful Las Vegas Strip, is your vacation from your vacation planning. MGM Resorts took all the best things about the Big Apple, chucked all the things that make even New Jersey cringe, and turned the city that never sleeps into the hotel and casino that never disappoints. From the shadow of the half-sized Statue of Liberty, you'll feel like you've reach a new world – one that's admittedly less "lift my lamp beside the golden door" and more "OMG look at all that chocolate!"There are a lot of things we could describe first at NY-NY, but… chocolate. Hershey's Chocolate World is like the heaven a child would create if they had magical powers for a day. Full of Hershey's candy bars, Reese's peanut butter cups and pieces, jumbo-sized Hershey's chocolate and strawberry syrup bottles, an entire wall full of Hershey's Kiss dispensers, an 800-pound replica of the Statue of Liberty carved from Hershey's Milk Chocolate and probably a bunch of blood sugar spikes and/or promises to work off the extra calories at the gym for the next month, this is one spot no chocolate lover can miss. And just inside the casino floor is the Chocolate Bar which is like the heaven that same child would make once they grew up and discovered vodka. But there's a lot more at NY-NY to appreciate than just the chocolate. The Bar at Times Square is a quaint and clever establishment featuring dueling pianos and the type of atmosphere you see in sitcoms set in New York but would probably miss out on if you actually went there. It's the perfect introduction to the Village Street Eateries set into a charming New York style neighborhood setting, as well as the nearby Gallagher's Steakhouse. Several shops like Stupidiotic, Swatch and I Love NYNY link right to the promenade on Las Vegas Boulevard. And just next to the shops lies a true NY-NY Las Vegas experience.Nine Fine Irishmen already has an appealing name – who doesn't love an Irish lad? But what really makes this emerald establishment extraordinary is the atmosphere. Like an ode to the Irish heritage of old New York, the building was actually assembled in Ireland and shipped to the United States. So there's a fun fact to reiterate to people over and over after you've had a few too many whiskeys. Featuring classic Irish beers on a tap and a food menu that'll put a swing in your shillelagh, Nine Fine Irishmen is a gorgeous bar with an inviting demeanor and a fascinating history that we don't have time to tell right now.Once you've tossed back a few pints, take a ride on the Big Apple Coaster. Maybe reverse the order on those activities if you want to minimize your chances of throwing up. Zip past hotel room windows and get a view of the Las Vegas Strip that no other roller coaster can match. It's the most fun you can have swinging around the Chrysler building without being Spider-Man.As if that weren't enough to take your breath away, Zumanity by Cirque du Soleil is perhaps the hottest show in town that doesn't involve a strip club and a lie to your wife. The show is an exploration of sexuality through performance, acrobatics, dancing, comedy and all the extreme athleticism you'd expect from Cirque du Soleil. A stream of vignettes, each character embraces their sexual nature and puts on an obviously adult oriented experience full of passion, lust and a whole lot of fun. From the skyline and the towers to the bars and the best shows, New York New York has brought to Las Vegas everything you could want from the Empire City. We may not be able to give you ocean views, but once you see the sun set over the mountains you won't miss the waves. And if you ever do feel nostalgic for that other New York, just stop into one of the bars and have the bartender make you mean Manhattan.

As the name suggests, New York, New York Casino/Hotel has something for everyone - gambling, shopping, NYC quality food (pizza, deli, burgers, Italian, Asian), bars/nightclubs, shows, an arcade and even a roller coaster that is both in and outside the casino!
Friendly table staff in the casino made us very comfortable learning the ropes at the craps table, a pleasant surprise.
Great location, within two blocks of most of the strip.

Hello,. I would like to stay at your hotel, but I'm a lite sleeper. I do not

THank-you
That's easy, just ask them. I was able to see the coaster from my window, but never heard it once.
