Very disappointed in this hotel. Stayed in the south tower. Rooms old and outdated. What started out to be a reasonable price for the room turned out to be a ridiculous amount . Had to pay an additional $25.00 a night for early check-in. And with the resort fees (15.00) a night added on you could stay in a much nicer hotel for the same money. Customer service left a lot to be desired at the front desk. Overall I would not stay at Ballys again.

i am wondering if you have coffee makers in your rooms. be there next monday

None in the room we stayed in. Should be there for what you have to pay for the resort fees per night!
