You can say we’re part of the King of Pop fan club. You know, we’re a bunch of regular Joes who’ve been known to bust out the moonwalk in the club, wear our hats ever so slightly to the side, and have one glove with us at all times, just in case our moment in the lime light comes. Normal stuff, right? If you agree, you’re speaking our language and will want to experience something jaw dropping: Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil. Yep, that’s right. “ONE” is all about the song, the dance and the mega-iconic man behind it all. In order to celebrate the uber-star responsible for earth-altering musical history, it’s only fitting that the lighting, sound, visual, and performance effects are all larger than life…and then some.Bringing a whole new meaning to “Lights, Camera, Action!” Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil stuns with much more than those three demands. This show is about as electrifying as it gets while the plot follows four friends on their good-versus-evil quest for solidarity and self-belief, the audience is able to follow along on the journey and dive into Michael Jackson’s vibrant world. Amplified, electrifying, and entertaining beyond your wildest dreams, we’ll just say that Netflix should never air this production because we would binge watch it on repeat for days on end. And frankly, we couldn’t stand the smell of that.

An ultra modern and high-end hotel with top-rated dining choices, popular nightlife options and unique, rotating attractions. The vibe:Über chic and sleek with a sophisticated design. This is a place to see and be seen. What we love:Normally, a combination of unlimited alcohol and a lack of inhibitions would veto the idea of a nice balcony in a hotel room. But at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, most Terrace One Bedrooms have a balcony. Even better, The Cosmopolitan has some of the best balcony views in town. For a bit extra, you can score a view of the Bellagio Fountains. And, while they cost more, the Wraparound Terrace Suites are panoramic and you can see all the way down or up the Strip (depending on which side of the hotel you're on).Three levels-three words: The Chandelier Bar. Draped in enough sparkling crystal to make even Liberace jealous, the bar is adorned by a few million crystals in strands that run from the ceiling to the floor, making revelers feel as if they’re wrapped in a chandelier itself. It’s super sexy with a lot to offer including different menus on the each of the three tiers. The first level is a little more casino bar-like and often has live music or a DJ. Climb the glass staircase to the second tier and you’ll find the unrelenting creativity of true mixologists. Up one more floor to the posh lounge where you will indulge in the feminine mystique with a bird’s eye view.Let's face it, at busy times all hotels have a wait at check-in. But at The Cosmopolitan the awesome floor-to-ceiling columns in the lobby that are wrapped in digital screens make the wait a bit more bearable. There's eight of them and their rotating displays of film, photography, 2D and 3D animation are mesmerizing enough to keep us distracted in line or waiting for someone. Bonus: The displays are curated and changed on a regular basis so there's always something new displaying.Insider tips:When booking one of the Terrace Wraparound Suites we love, make sure to ask for one that overlooks the Bellagio Fountains. The higher up you go, the more incredible the view. Take it from us; if you’re going to splurge on your vacation, this is where to do it.The second level of the Chandelier Bar has the best mixologists in the whole joint. While it’s not on the menu, order the Verbena. It’s an experience all on its own. You begin with chewing on the Szechuan Button, a little flower bud that will make your tongue tingle and go numb before the infusion of citrus and ginger burst into your mouth. Where else can you get an experience like that (assuming you’ve moved on from the days of pop rocks and soda)? If you’re looking for a fine-dining experience on a budget, skip dinner and indulge in a little midday gluttony. Estiatorio Milos boasts some of the freshest and most-mouthwatering seafood in the desert and their three-course lunch menu is a bargain. Good to know:The underground parking garage can be a bit confusing and kind of feels like you’re driving down into the center of the earth. If you’re claustrophobic, your Spidey sense is going to be out of control. The first set of elevator banks in the garage will not only take you to the lobby for check-in, but also straight to the buffet. The elevators at the west end are closer to the casino and shopping. There is valet and self-parking. Just a heads up, guests will be charged to park, so click here for details. While some people are completely comfortable in their silver fox or cougar status, others may think the crowd is a little too young and rowdy. If your glory days were more than two decades ago, you may want to consider your threshold for drunken 20-something shenanigans.Opulence ain’t cheap, folks. While you may not have to auction your first-born child to pay your tab, this is definitely not the dollar store. But honestly, if money is what you’re worried about on your next trip to Vegas, you probably won’t stay here anyway. This is definitely a place for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

A gigantic baby? A humongous, inflatable snail? OK, you've got our attention. Like fine art, the storyline of Mystère at Treasure Island is left up to individual interpretation. But one thing about this production is for sure: this show, which also happens to be the first Cirque du Soleil production in Vegas, is so entertaining you’ll want to stay for an encore after the final bow.Oh, and speaking of the performers, the show features an international cast of 67 artists that are the ultimate example of "don't try this at home." We always wonder whether or not these crazy-talented performers are even human. They fly, they muscle up poles like tree frogs and make us feel pretty bad about not being able to touch our toes. They’re friggin’ amazing, and they have no fear and apparently no bones in their super-bendy bodies.Performing stunts like quadruple flips off teeterboards and other eye-popping tricks we average folk couldn’t dream of if we tried, this show is so unreal you just kinda have to let it happen. Emphasizing family-friendly, awe-inspiring athleticism and imaginative imagery, Mystère embraces all the signature Cirque du Soleil elements that have made this show one of the must-see productions on the Las Vegas Strip. And if you're looking for the opportunity of a lifetime, look no further than the IN THE WINGS VIP experience. Here, you'll join the cast onstage for a high-five moment during the final bows and sip on a glass of champagne during an exclusive artist meet-and-greet as a professional photographer captures the moment. Of course VIP seats will have you up-close-and-personal to all the onstage action. And oh yeah, there will be a VIP Guide onsite to escort the party throughout the theatre, too. Enjoy.

The epitome of quality, romance and elegance on the Las Vegas Strip, the Bellagio hotel offers luxurious rooms, gourmet restaurants and upscale shopping along with a healthy dose of cultural enlightenment. The vibe:Italian elegance, romantic, classy but not stuffyWhat we love:The Bellagio Las Vegas has some of the best free attractions in town. There's a reason you've seen the Bellagio Fountain in TV shows, commercials and movies like "Ocean's Eleven." They're awesome. Every 15 minutes to half hour (starting around noon), the fountains dance in carefully choreographed patterns to music including everything from Broadway tunes to timeless tracks we all sing along to. People say there's no culture in Las Vegas, but we beg to differ. The Bellagio's Gallery of Fine Art has regularly rotating exhibits of paintings and artifacts. Past exhibits have included the works of Monet, mobiles from Alexander Calder, ceramics from Picasso and Andy Warhol's celebrity portraits. The centerpiece of Bellagio, located just off the main lobby, is the Conservatory. This is one garden you'll be glad you don't have to water. It takes a staff of more than 100 to take care of the thousands of potted flowers, trees and plants that make up the beautiful displays that change five times a year.Chocoholics, two words for you: Bellagio Pâtisserie. This place serves up beautiful pastries, creamy gelato and more chocolate candy and truffles than you've ever dreamed possible. But the main attraction here is the world's largest chocolate fountain. Yep, it's certified by Guinness World Records.Insider tips:The Bellagio is all about luxury – even at their buffet. Elevate your all-you-can-eat experience by reserving a seat at the Chef's Table at The Buffet. You'll be greeted by the chef, get a specialty menu with things like artisanal cheeses, housemade desserts and tableside carving of meats. You can be waited on at the table or venture through the buffet line on your own.Too much dancing in your heels last night? Save your feet some pain by taking the tram from Bellagio to ARIA, Vdara, Park MGM and The Shops at Crystals. It runs daily from 8 a.m. - 4 a.m., every seven minutes. The Bellagio stop is accessible from a hallway in the Bellagio Spa Tower just past the restaurant, Harvest. The Fountains of Bellagio are one of the resort's main attractions so to take full advantage, be sure to book a fountain view room. There are also several restaurants at Bellagio that have outdoor patios overlooking the fountains including LAGO, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant and Lounge and PRIME Steakhouse. If you love the fountains so much that you wish you had your own, you can…sort of. If you've got a spare $250,000, Hyde Bellagio, a nightclub inside the hotel, offers at special package where you can control the water show. You'll get a 30-liter bottle of champagne (that's equivalent to 40 bottles); a VIP outdoor patio table and a gold-plated box with a red button. Hit the button and the fountains dance for you whenever you want them to, even if it's after hours.Good to know:The Bellagio's focus on elegance and luxury means it's not really the most kid-friendly property in town. All rooms, with the exception of the 19th floor, are non-smoking; there will be a $500 - $1000 plus tax deep cleaning fee at checkout for those who smoke in rooms. Your best bet is to just do this in designated areas, like the resort's casino, bars or clubs. Because of the large lake in front of the hotel, the front doors are set back a bit from the Strip. That means you'll have a short walk to get to the Las Vegas Boulevard sidewalk. Don't worry though – as you're walking you can be entertained by the Bellagio fountain. The Bellagio hotel has some of the best restaurants in the world like the AAA Five Diamond Award-winning Le Cirque or Picasso and the Michelin Award-winning chef Michael Mina. That means the restaurants aren't really for the budget-conscious. If you're looking for a family-friendly restaurant or cheap prices you'll have to go off-property.All hotel lobbies in Las Vegas are busy but the lobby at Bellagio is at the intersection of some of the most trafficked thoroughfares in Vegas. You have people checking in, people headed toward the conservatory, people walking in from the parking garage, people walking in from Vdara, people walking in from the Bellagio Spa Tower elevators ... you get the picture. A lot of people are converging on the lobby and the lobby is not large. Throw in tourists looking up and snapping photos of the stunning Fiori di Como glass sculpture by Dale Chihuly that's hanging from the ceiling and you get a lot of people in one area. Our advice, be patient and watch out for luggage, selfie sticks and distracted guests. There is valet and self-parking. Guests will be charged $18 per day for self-parking and $30 per day for valet parking. Hourly self-parking and valet rates vary, click here for details.

Wasn't what I thought

I've stayed in Ceasars Palace many times and it is so much better. Belliago is nice but it doesn't compare to Ceasars. We recommened months before to have a Suite with a fountain view and when we arrived they told us they had nothing left but gave us coupons to skip the line at certain resturants we did not use. The room was nice but we were at the back of the hotel and it was a very good view. We were in a Salon Suite which was at the very end of the hotel. Belliago is nice but we think we are going to stick with Ceasars Palace.
