A gigantic baby? A gigantic, inflatable snail? OK, we slurped down our drinks before they could be spiked so, what gives with the hallucinations? Well, the catch is that there is no catch – you’re just at a Cirque du Soleil show and a damn good one at that. Like fine art, the storyline of Mystère at Treasure Island is left up to individual interpretation. But one thing about this production is for sure: this show, which also happens to be the first Cirque du Soleil production in Vegas, is so entertaining you’ll want to stay for an encore after the final bow.Oh, and speaking of the performers, we always wonder whether or not these crazy-talented people are even human. They’re like the ultimate example of “don’t try this at home.” They fly, they muscle up poles like tree frogs and make us feel pretty damn bad about not being able to touch our toes. They’re friggin’ amazing, and they have no fear and apparently no bones in their super-bendy bodies.Performing stunts like quadruple flips off see-saws and other sick tricks we average folk couldn’t even dream up if we tried, this show is so unreal you just kinda have to let it happen. Emphasizing family-friendly, awe-inspiring athleticism and imaginative imagery, Mystère embraces all the signature Cirque du Soleil elements that have made the production one of the OG companies on the Las Vegas Strip.

No, I do not recommend this product.
My wife enjoyed, but I got bored!
PostedMarch 9, 2013
This is the first Cirque Soliel we have seen in Vegas. The show was reasonable. We enjoyed the acrobatics. However, almost two hours was just too long in my opinion. I was bored after the first hour. It was nothing spectular about the acrobatics. We saw Le Reve the last time we were in Vegas. Although, not a Cirque Soliel product, it was definitely much better acrobatics and story line.

If you’ve stashed tissues, binoculars and a light sweatshirt to cover song-induced goose bumps in your evening bag, we’d be willing to bet you’re on your way to Caesars Palace to see the one and only, Celine Dion. You’re about to take a musical journey that will seriously brings out all the feels in a decades-spanning set list. We’ve seen this seriously-amazing concert more times than we’d like to admit, and let’s just say this mega-talented songstress is just about as superstar as it gets.Belting new and classic hits like "Because You Loved Me," "Beauty and the Beast" and "Incredible," she even tantalizes us with covers from other demigods like Prince and Queen. The five-time Grammy Award-winner pours every fiber of herself into making this show utterly dazzling. And don’t even get us started on Dion’s dresses. Roll out the red carpet, people because we are in the midst of music royalty. Speaking of royalty, even Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra show up for this songbird in an illusion that is David Copperfield-worthy. We don’t want to give it away, so we’ll just say you’ll have to see it to believe it.The woman, the songs, The Colosseum – this enchanting evening of entertainment needs to be checked off of your bucket list pronto. Oh, and we dare you not to cry when she sings “My Heart Will Go On.” Good luck, you’re gonna need it.

A show worth remembering!
PostedMarch 9, 2013
This was the first time my wife and I had seen Celine Dion in a live performance. The show was worth every penny we spent. We did not know or realize what a range of songs Ms. Dion can do. She was very soulful and the lyrics were understandable. We were surprised when Celine did Adel's hit song so perfectly we thought it was Adel singing. The house was just about full. I must say this was one of the best concerts we've seen in Vegas. It was very well done. The music kept you on the edge of your seat. Celine got a standing ovation. We even saw a group of young teenage girls kissing Celine's picture and saying they loved her after the show in the Mall at Ceasars. It was definitely a night to remember!

What is included in the drinks package?

Hi, I'm looking at booking tickets to Celine in August and was wondering what drinks are included in the seat and drinks package. Thanks
None. The show was well worth it however. You can buy drinks and popcorn in the theatre. We highly recommend this show. Celine is fabulous.
