Joker's Questions

Admit it. There's just something glamorous about staying at hotels -- well, certain hotels. And in the Entertainment Capital of the World, none is more revered for luxury and unsurpassed service than Wynn Las Vegas. From the moment you arrive and check in, it's like you've entered an exclusive place and gained "status"...the kind normally reserved for stars, Fortune 500 executives and famous personalities. Maybe you already are one? If not, no worries, because you will be here.As we were saying, Wynn Las Vegas is counted among the finest hotels in the world. It was built and is managed by casino mogul Steve Wynn -- hence the name. And this man knows everything about the world of hospitality, including how to provide one-of-a-kind experiences that are sure to exceed your expectations. You'll easily spot Wynn Las Vegas (and its sister property Encore) in the cityscape. Located just north of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and across from the popular Fashion Show mall, they look like two towering bronze palaces. Throughout both properties you'll discover a unique fusion of modern architecture and interior design with nature. For example, at the front of Wynn Las Vegas there's a gigantic mountain and behind it sits the magical Lake of Dreams, which features a free nightly light, music and multimedia show. (Don't be surprised if a giant animatronic frog suddenly appears and sings to you.)Situated near the lobby is a breathtakingly beautiful indoor atrium, where skylights create a warm, luminous atmosphere and flowers abound. (Check out two incredible floral installations of a carousel and a hot air balloon here.) Lagoons, waterfalls and terraced landscapes add to the tranquil environment. Plus, there's an 18-hole golf course designed by world-famous architect Tom Fazio and Wynn himself behind the resort that boasts waterfalls, streams and a forest of trees. It won't surprise you that entertainment at Wynn Las Vegas is above par. The featured production is "Le Rêve - The Dream," a sublime aquatic creation staged in a theater-in-the-round. In addition to jaw-dropping aerial acrobatics, feats that celebrate the strength of the human body and spectacularly choreographed dancing, this show utilizes unique props and special effects (imagine a 47-foot-long rain curtain descending from the ceiling). "Steve Wynn's ShowStoppers" plays in the nearby Encore Theater. It contains elaborately staged musical numbers from some of Broadway's most celebrated composers and lyricists performed by a cast of 66 singers, musicians and dancers.Wynn Las Vegas is also a prime destination for food lovers, thanks to an impressive collection of restaurants helmed by distinguished chefs. Take chef David Walzog. He makes sure Lakeside delivers exceptional fresh seafood, which is served with an incredible view (the restaurant sits beside the Lake of Dreams). Don't miss the nightly oyster happy hour. Walzog is also the mastermind behind SW Steakhouse, a restaurant known for its prime aged steaks and chops. In addition, you can cut into a succulent steak from chef Carlos Guía at The Country Club, which overlooks the 18th hole on the resort's golf course. Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, led by award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta, is renowned for its so fresh-you-can-smell-the-sea Mediterranean seafood and Italian coastal cuisine while Allegro by chef Enzo Febbrara focuses on more traditionally prepared Italian eats. Chef Billy DeMarco has put together a menu of small plates paired with artisanal draught beers and an inspiring wine list in La Cave. Mizumi by chef Devin Hashimoto and Wing Lei by chef Ming Yu remain steadfastly at the top of numerous "best" lists in Vegas for Japanese and Chinese cuisines, respectively. Capturing a sense of tradition with incomparable settings like a koi pond and a garden with a gleaming golden dragon, both restaurants will stimulate your palate and your mind.?For a more casual dining experience, The Buffet has 15 live-action cooking stations (we love the freshly grilled sausages and homemade gelato), and Zoozacrackers serves New York-style deli food. Or dig into Cantonese noodle dishes, dim sum and Hong Kong-style barbecue at Red 8 Asian Bistro.Something that sets dining at Wynn Las Vegas apart from other hotels in Vegas is that every restaurant on the property has created special vegan and vegetarian menus -- so there will be something for everyone to eat no matter where you go.After a fine meal, the resort's nightlife venues only heighten your pleasure factor. Tryst, with its secluded lagoon and big dance floor, looks out at a cascading 90-foot waterfall. Alternatively, the classically elegant bars Parasol Up and Parasol Down by the Lake of Dreams provide a superb view for sipping cocktails.During the day soak up the sun at the gorgeously landscaped outdoor pool complex. There are two main pools, private cabanas, table games and a terrace. In The Spa at Wynn you'll have the opportunity to be pampered like a star with the Red Carpet Treatment. You'll also enjoy cutting-edge services as well as custom massages designed especially for your needs.Nowhere else but at Wynn Las Vegas can you shop and leave the hotel with Manolo Blahniks and a brand new Ferrari. The Wynn Esplanade offers a unique retail environment with designer boutiques including Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Givenchy and Oscar de la Renta. The resort also houses a Penske Wynn Ferrari dealership and showroom. As you can see, Wynn Las Vegas is a whole wide wonderful world unto itself. It can serve as a base to explore Sin City's iconic sights and attractions, but you'll be perfectly content just to hang out here in a place where you can dine, imbibe, shop, swim, party and be pampered like nowhere else. And, of course, it doesn't matter who you are -- if you stay at Wynn Las Vegas, you're someone important.

The question about the age restriction.

I am 20 years old and I already pay for the room that I booked. So do I allow to check in? I know I can't do some casino stuff, I just want to know do I allow to check in. And if not what should I do.
