Three unique towers. Two adjoining properties. One commitment to first-class service. At The Signature at MGM Grand, guests stay in a relaxing, upscale retreat with complete access to the numerous amenities of the MGM Grand.Located on a beautifully landscaped private property adjacent to the MGM Grand, The Signature is a secluded, elegant enclave just a few steps away from the Las Vegas Strip. Each of the three gleaming towers in this gated resort has its own exclusive valet, entrance, lobby and check-in as well as a full service concierge.A high level of service is noticeable from the minute a guest pulls up to any of the three towers, and lasts throughout their departure. The parking attendants are quick to offer bottled water while doormen welcome guests into one of three distinctively decorated lobbies with a smile. The non-smoking boutique property offers a variety of luxurious one-bedroom, two-bedroom and deluxe suites, many with balconies that feature views of either the Strip or the surrounding mountains. Guests enjoy all the qualities of the finest hotels including deluxe king beds, marble and granite bathrooms with Jacuzzi-brand whirlpool tubs and bath products, high-end kitchenette appliances from Sub-Zero and Miele, ultra-thin LCD flat-screen high definition TVs, Wi-Fi internet access, in-room massages (for a fee), newspaper delivery and more. Both Tower 1 and 3 offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, while all three have heated outdoor pools. Meeting space is located off the pool area of Tower 2, and a gift shop and ATM are available in Tower 1. All three towers, as well as the MGM Grand, are accessible via indoor walkways. Those who want to dine on the property will find a delicatessen, Delights, in The Signature at MGM's Tower 2. At the entrance to Tower 1, The Lounge is the perfect place to unwind with a nightcap, while Starbucks Coffee Shop will help guests start their day with a much-needed burst of energy. An elaborate, gourmet menu featuring entrees, appetizers, desserts and a complete bar selection is available 24 hours daily for those who want to enjoy gourmet cuisine dining in-suite.With the additional dining, nightlife and entertainment options just a short, one-minute walk away at the neighboring MGM Grand, a stay at The Signature really offers the best of both worlds: luxury living and the Vegas action of a world-class hotel. It's an escape that doesn't feel like Las Vegas, except when you want it to.

Good and Not So Good
PostedSeptember 27, 2012
Let me start with the good. Very impressive upscale hotel. Penthouses are resonably priced and beautiful! The staff at the hotel are some of the best I've seen! Hospitality, cleanliness, and quality are superb. You feel like you are in a resort in Beverly Hills. Once again beautiful hotel!! We thought we had found the hotel that we would return to for years to come.
Now for the bad. When we went to check out it was extremely early in the morning and we had a fight to catch. I knew I had a bill because we had charged drinks to the room. I was given a copy of this and didnt even give a thought to it. Later in the day I looked at it and noticed an unexpected charge of $112. This charge was listed as a resort fee of $25 a day plus tax. I tried for two weeks to get a hold of someone to explain this to me. When I would finally reach someone I was given many different explanations as to this charge. They claimed at first that it covered your complimentary coffee and paper in the room. I thought complimentary meant free. I guess not. I was then told that I agreed to it upon my booking of the trip, which I did not. Finally, I was told that these charges were explained to me upon check in and I signed a paper agreeing to them. Upon check in I was only explained the no smoking policy and the room damage charge. I signed a sheet agreeing to that. Little did I know that these charges were hidden on this sheet. They were never explained to me nor did I agree to them! This is a sneaky way for the resort to raise your room rate! By the time you see it your leaving or gone and it's to late. The hotel will do nothing to correct this situation. This has tainted my opinion of the hotel.

Parking Question

If there is no parking garage..."No, but the resort offers valet parking and guests have full access to the MGM Grand's seven-story parking garage."
Are guests' cars parked on the hot Vegas sun? Is there an underground parking garage where Valet takes the cars or are they driven to the MGM?
Thank you.
Let the valet take car of your vehicle. They are excellent and well worth the tip. They park them in an underground garage.
